1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Harmonix to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove Harmonix from your server.
2. Permitted Use
Harmonix is provided for personal and community use within Discord servers. You may use Harmonix for music playback, queue management, and other features as intended. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and community guidelines.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Harmonix to violate copyright laws, stream pirated content, harass other users, attempt to exploit or abuse the bot, or circumvent any limitations imposed by the service. Violations may result in permanent bans.
4. Premium Features
Premium plans offer additional features beyond the free tier. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Premium status is tied to your Discord server and is not transferable.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Harmonix and all associated code, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of the Harmonix team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without express permission.
7. Liability
Harmonix is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Harmonix for any server or user found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Harmonix after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in our support server.
