Data collected is used solely to provide and improve the Harmonix bot service. This includes storing playlist data, server configurations, and preferences. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Server configuration data and user playlists are stored securely. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.
4. Third-Party Services
Harmonix integrates with third-party music platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) to provide streaming functionality. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We only access data necessary for music playback.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as Harmonix is active in your server. You may request data deletion by contacting us through our support server. Server configurations are automatically removed when Harmonix is removed from a server.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, join our support server and submit a request. We will respond within 30 days.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of Harmonix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
